Terms of Use

• Eligibility: To access and utilize the App and Services, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you affirm that you have obtained consent from your parent or legal guardian to use the App and Services, and that they have agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
• User Conduct: You agree to use the App and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the App and Services in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair them, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the App and Services.

  5. Do not upload, post, transmit, or share any content that you do not have the right to make available under law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as proprietary or confidential information learned through employment or under nondisclosure agreements).
  6. Do not upload, post, transmit, or share any content that infringes upon any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.
  7. Do not upload, post, transmit, or share any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of solicitation.
  8. Do not upload, post, transmit, or share any material containing software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment.
  9. Do not interfere with or disrupt the App and Services, or servers or networks connected to them, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to the App and Services.
  10. Do not intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
  11. Do not stalk or harass another user of the App and Services.
• You are entirely accountable for any content, such as photos, videos, text, and other materials (collectively "User Content"), that you upload, post, or transmit through the App and Services. By submitting User Content, you grant CricketPlayground a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license. This license allows CricketPlayground to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, create derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the App and Services and for CricketPlayground's business purposes, including promotional and marketing activities.
